The following terms and conditions apply to purchases made from the Silentwatcher Ltd (registered in Scotland no. 459334) online shop at www.silentwatcher.co.uk. We suggest you print a copy to keep for your records.
These conditions set out the agreement between you and “us” (Silentwatcher Limited) for purchases made from this website. To purchase from this site you may need to use a PayPal or credit or debit card. You will also need an email address as we will use this as the main way to keep in contact with you.
Please note in particular that:
– No orders shall be accepted if received from outside the United Kingdom.
– Orders shall only be accepted from persons who are 18 or over.
Information on this website
Whilst we try to ensure that all descriptions, details, including prices, displayed on this website are correct and up to date, we cannot guarantee that they are. Details may be updated from time to time and are subject to change. You must ensure that prior to placing an order you have checked all relevant details about the products and/or services you have selected. We cannot confirm the price of a product until your order is accepted. All products and services advertised are subject to availability.
The information displayed on this website, including prices, does not constitute an offer to contract or enter into an agreement. When you place an order via this website for products and/or services your order shall constitute an offer for the goods and/or services selected.
We shall not be obliged to accept your order. If we do, your order will be accepted by us dispatching the product to you. Where products are sent separately, our acceptance will relate only to those products actually dispatched. Confirmation of orders will be sent to the email address supplied by you when the order was placed.
Despite our best efforts, occasionally products in our online shop may be incorrectly priced. We do, however, verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures. If we discover a pricing error, or there is a change in price before dispatch, we will contact you to reconfirm your order at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you within a reasonable time, we may cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Promotional codes are limited in nature and may expire or discontinue with or without notice. Promotional codes are void where prohibited by law. Promotional codes may not be copied, sold, or otherwise offered. They are not redeemable for cash and are subject to cancellation or change at any time for any reason.
Any contracts formed between you and us via this website will be deemed to have been made in the UK and shall be governed and construed according to Scots law. Any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
Delivery & Charges
We can only deliver to a valid UK address.
We aim to deliver within 5 business days but this may increase during busy periods.
Delivery timescales cannot be guaranteed. There are certain circumstances where you order may be delayed:
- Orders placed at the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will require at least one extra working day for delivery.
- Any unforeseen stock shortages. If this happens, we will notify you of any delay.
- Certain remote postcodes will require additional time for delivery.
- If we cannot obtain immediate security clearance for payment of your order. The security of our customers is paramount so these checks are essential to combat fraudulent use of payment and address details
- Delivery charges are as specified in your order.
Unless otherwise stated, all products purchased from this website is covered by a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty from the date that it is delivered to you. In the unlikely event that you experience a fault or defect with your equipment in the first 12 months following purchase please contact: email@example.com . This does not affect your statutory rights.
This warranty does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear or cracked screen.
Prices and payment
All prices and charges on this site are shown in UK pounds sterling.
The total cost of your order will be the total price of the products and services you order, which will be set out clearly in your Shopping Basket before you submit your order.
Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If something becomes unavailable we may offer you an alternative.
We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate.
If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. In the event that you order an item and the price published on the site is incorrect for any reason, we will contact you to let you know the correct price and ask you whether you still wish us to fulfil your order at this price. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product which was advertised at an incorrect price. We shall give you the option of confirming the order at the correct price or if you so choose, to cancel the order altogether. If you cancel and have already paid for the goods in the circumstances described in this clause, we shall refund the full amount in accordance with these Terms.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products and/or services ordered plus any applicable delivery charges.
One-off payment can be made by any of the following methods: PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, American Express. Monthly line rental charges are paid the same way. Payment will be taken from you when the order is placed.
You confirm that the credit or debit that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Cancellations and returns
You have the right to cancel your order, return a product or cancel a service contract for any reason. To return a product purchased from us or cancel a service contract, please send your intent to return or cancel to us anytime prior to the date 14 days after delivery. You need notify us by sending an e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once you have received an RMA number via e-mail from our customer service simply return to us within 14 days the complete product with the original proof of purchase, packaging, instructions and accessories. The item must be returned in an unused “as new” condition. Customer must cover the cost of returning an item.

Once we receive the product we’ll provide you with a refund based on the original payment method within 14 days.
Errors & Omissions Excepted
Every care is taken to ensure that all information on this web site is present and correct. But there may still be errors on this web site. If you find an error or omission, please let us know, and we will correct it as soon as possible after verification.
We apologize for any inconvenience that may be caused, but we cannot always offer the exact described product at the specified price, if errors and / or omissions are present.
